Facts Worth Knowing
All rooms, apartments and suites have: flat-screen TV
with international and national channels (and Sky),
radio, private safe, mini-bar, telephone with direct
dialling (also in bathroom), free Internet access,
hairdryer, bathrobe, bag and slippers. Please take
into account that your rooms are first available as
from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. We ask for your
understanding that we are not in a position to confirm
certain room numbers or storeys and even certain categories
given a stay of less than 4 days. Please make
sure your room is available by 11.00 am on the day of
departure.
We have special rooms for those with allergies. We
would be pleased to provide personal advice.
The Bareiss Category Price*
All year round, our exclusive Half-board/Culinary Day
is included right from the first night. If you stay up
to and including three nights we will charge you the
Bareiss category price but are, unfortunately, unable
to quote you a particular room type and room price
for this length of stay. We will instead, however, book
you one of the categories listed on the final page. If,
however, you stay 4 nights or more, you profit from the
price advantage of the particular seasonal price from
the first night onwards.
The prices are calculated per person and include our
exclusive half-board/Culinary Day and contain the VAT
applicable for the individual services as well as the
service charge plus visitor’s tax.
Price Calculation
Differences in price arise due to the different location,
size and furnishings of the individual rooms. All other
services are the same. In the à la carte Restaurants
and the hotel boutiques payments by credit card
(Amex, Diners, Eurocard, Visa) are accepted. Credit
cards are not accepted for paying hotel bills. This price
list replaces all previous ones. Prices will be adjusted
accordingly in case of increases in VAT. Should there
be a drastic rise in power costs, we reserve the right to
charge an energy supplement. Alterations to the room
prices on account of building measures are possible.

Cancellation
Up to three weeks before your planned arrival (except
Xmas), you have of course the right to withdraw from
your reservation without incurring any charge. In the
event of short-term cancellation or if you shorten your
room reservation period, we are entitled to charge you
80 % of the room price. In order to avoid this situation,
which can potentially be unpleasant for both sides, we
recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance,
which we shall be delighted to arrange for you.
Non-smoking Rooms
All rooms at the Bareiss are non-smoking rooms.
Rooms for one Person
Double rooms, apartments and suites used by one person
are charged at 70 % of the room price (according
to availability).

Dogs
Please note that dogs can only be accommodated after
previous arrangement and with their own dog baskets.
In addition, dogs are not permitted in certain rooms
and categories at the hotel. In the interest of all our
guests, it is only possible to allow a certain number of
dogs at any one time. They are barred from the restaurants,
sports facilities and dayrooms.
Price per day (without food) € 20.–
Damage to room furnishings caused by dogs are calculated
separately.
