Domestic Waste Water Treatment Plant<br />
CPT Zons AQUAstar guarantees AQUAstar waste water treatment system for 12 months from<br />
the date <strong>of</strong> installation.<br />
Warranty entitles the customer to an annual maintenance<br />
and service visit when AQUAstar kit is checked and tested,<br />
pumps are cleaned and an effluent treated sample is taken<br />
for analysis. These also entitles customer to free emergency<br />
call outs. Emergency technical line: +353 87 7516254.<br />
Whenever problem can’t be solved via phone, service technician<br />
will be sent on site. If a CPT Zons appliance shows a<br />
defect during the period covered by warranty, the appliance<br />
shall be repaired by CPT Zons. The customer will not be<br />
charged for the cost <strong>of</strong> labour or parts. If there is no service<br />
contract in place after the warranty period, a standard call<br />
out charge will be charged.<br />
Service<br />
Warranty period can be exceeded for next years by signing<br />
on Service Contract which will be forward to the client near<br />
the end <strong>of</strong> warranty period.<br />
Plant maintenance must be executed by personnel trained<br />
in the maintenance <strong>of</strong> AQUAstar treatment plant at least<br />
once a year.<br />
