PROFILE SERIES
Architectural Metal Wall and Roof Systems
Ask architects why they prefer to design with
CENTRIA Profile Series and you understand why
no other single-skin, profiled metal panel system
compares. Because only CENTRIA Profile Series
offers a complete palette of exposed and concealed
fastener panels, along with unique design
accessories – all detailed in this brochure – that
create truly extraordinary architecture – all without
adding custom engineering costs.
Welcome to infinite possibilities in metal architecture
Beyond a myriad of textures, shadows and site
lines, and the sheer creativity that Profile Series
inspires, you’re assured a wall and roof system
designed for long-term weathertight performance.
Profile Series panels are an excellent choice for
new and retrofit applications. They integrate well
with other building materials. They provide excellent
thermal efficiency when combined with insulation
and a liner panel. And their all-weather installation
capability permits fast-track installation scheduling.

CONCEPT SERIES®
Experience our new concept of design freedom
CENTRIA Concept Series concealed fastener wall panels are variations on a single theme –
an asymmetrical rib shape. From this dynamic form are derived a series of six distinct panel
profiles that can be installed interchangeably, either vertically or horizontally, creating unlimited
new custom metal wall designs.
ONCEALED FASTENER
DESCRIPTION
• Galvanized steel – standard
• Galvalume ® steel, Durallure ® steel,
stainless steel or aluminum –
optional
• Smooth or embossed surface
texture
• Horizontal or vertical installation
• Lengths up to 30’
Concept Series concealed fastener
panels feature increased panel
engagement for a tighter joint that’s
virtually invisible. A unique, concealed
fastening clip design allows unimpeded
thermal movement and creates a
cavity without shims or subgirts,
between the backside of the panel
and the air and water barrier – a critical
feature for effective moisture control
in simple rainscreen design.
For vertical, soffit, or other applications
where thermal movement is less critical,
Concept Series panels may be ordered
with optional concealed extended
fastener legs.
PANEL END TRANSITIONS
Horizontal Concept Series panel ends
can be transitioned using overlaps
EXPOSED FASTENER
See design flexibility stretch to new lengths
by exposing our fasteners
From the wavy corrugations of Econolap 1/2 to the bold articulations of Super-Rib, exposed fastener wall
and roof panels are CENTRIA’s most versatile and popular profiles. These panels can be installed vertically
or horizontally, curved to extreme degrees, or used to create roofs, liners and even soffits.

MICROLINE
Attention to detail makes the difference
Only the Profile Series includes a full line of aluminum extrusion details
designed and engineered to integrate visually and mechanically with
CENTRIA profiles. Slim 2" wide CENTRIA MicroLine Extrusions make
it a snap to trim and finish around windows and doors, inside or
outside corners, and at the base of walls – or to create clean vertical
joints, where panels meet. MicroLine Extrusions enable you to replace
wide obtrusive flashing and exposed fasteners with narrower, crisper
finished lines.
MICROSEAM
Sharper design is just around the corner
Until now, unsightly rivets or welds and post-painting associated with mitered corners frequently
marred good design. With MicroSeam Corner technology these are no longer issues. The CENTRIA
Microseam Corner is a notched, bent and structurally-bonded mitered corner assembly that provides
a trimless horizontal profile appearance at both inside and outside corners. MicroSeam Corners
eliminate riveting, welding and post-painting, creating the cleanest corner transitions ever.

PERFORATED S
Take a metal wall, add a million or so tiny holes,
the right dash of light and get an exhibition in art
CENTRIA created the Perforated Screenwall for a unique and attractive
way to blend industrial and operational equipment with the surrounding
community. Perforated Screenwalls are produced by punching crisp
holes uniformly across the entire panel, creating 10% to 40% free area.
The result is a translucent metal screen that controls light, air
CREENWALLS
movement and the appearance of facilities behind the screen.
Perforated Screenwalls are ideal for masking building equipment
located on a roof. Architects frequently use screenwalls with
striking visual effect in stairwell, parking garage and stadium design,
and for commercial signage.
they have to be so visible? Not
invisibly into your design. Profile
CAP®
Smooth, cool curve appeal is metal’s second nature
One of the beauties of metal is its complete curve-ability – from broad,
sweeping undulations to super tight curves. Walls, roofs, canopies,
awnings, fascia, parapets, column and beam wraps, mansards, miters
and bullnoses are all candidates for serious curvature. With
CENTRIA’s well rounded Curved Architectural Panel System (CAP)
you have design flexibility to create drama with curves across your
entire design.
LINER PANELS
Our beauty is more than skin deep
Behind our walls is another important benefit.
To achieve insulation values of up to R20 while
creating an attractive building interior, all
CENTRIA profile walls can be combined with
insulation and steel liner panels. These liner
panels come in widths of 24” and lengths up to
30’, and are available in any CENTRIA color
or finish.
DESCRIPTION
• Galvanized steel
• Subgirts available in “Zee”
FIREWALL SYSTEMS
No matter what the requirement, our walls can take the heat
With the CENTRIA Firewall System, layers of fire
resistant gypsum board are included between the
exterior profile panel and the insulation and liner
panel. By increasing the number of layers of gypsum
board, CENTRIA provides UL one-hour to four-hour
firewalls based on ASTM E119 fire tests. Plus, any
CENTRIA Profile panel can be used in a CENTRIA
Firewall system.
QUIETWALL®
Noise pollution issues are at the forefront of industrial
design – how to best contain noise, either inside or
outside of a building, or dampen noise within a
building for the safety and comfort of occupants.
For over 25 years, CENTRIA has been addressing
these challenges through extensive experimentation
and testing to perfect the acoustic performance of its
Profile Series wall systems. The result is the CENTRIA
Quietwall system that helps you specify a CENTRIA
profile wall system with the specific sound absorption
or sound transmission loss values your design
requires – more economically and more efficiently.
CENTRIA’s Explosion Release System, utilizing
pressure venting washers, is designed for structures
subject to possible explosive pressures from within.
CENTRIA also provides radio frequency shielding
solutions to meet your RF shielding requirements.
