(2) L<strong>on</strong>g-Term Care Coverage: As summarized in secti<strong>on</strong> I<br />
(B) above, the Bowen Report's recommendati<strong>on</strong>s with regard to<br />
l<strong>on</strong>g-term care stress public educati<strong>on</strong> and subsidizati<strong>on</strong> of<br />
private insurance. The Report's analysis should have c<strong>on</strong>sidered<br />
two additi<strong>on</strong>al opti<strong>on</strong>s: (a) a voluntary Medicare Part C to<br />
