Quality control- Work checking-Time scheduling-Work simplification and own technique.<br />

Unit – 3: Handling Mail, Filling and Indexing<br />

Procedure for handling incoming and outgoing mail-Essential requirements for a good system of<br />

dealing with stationery. Meaning and importance essentials of filing-Essentials of a good filing<br />
