This part relates to sessional work . Students will show at least 10 articles relating to drawing<br />

any lay-out which have been designed by him during the whole academic year.<br />

1. Drawing from file : Head Study :<br />

Drawing from Still file. Monochrome/Colours.<br />

Sessional Work<br />

At least Six articles should be prepared by the Candidates.<br />

The Practical Examiner will award the marks.<br />

Time: 5 hrs Semester-II Marks: 95<br />

The question paper will consists of 2 parts.<br />

Structure of Question Paper<br />

No. 1 70 marks<br />

This will be based upon Unit II of the syllabus. Any two questions will be asked and the student<br />

will attempt any one. The distribution of marks will be as follows :<br />

Composition 25 marks<br />

Expression 25 marks<br />

Finishing 20 marks<br />

No. 2 25marks<br />

This part relates to sessional work. Students will show atleast 10 articles relating to Drawing<br />

and layoutwhich have been designed by him during the whole academic year.<br />

2. Drawing from nature: Flowers, Trees, Land scape Painting, Birds, Animals etc.<br />

Study of Techniques of illustrations : Pen, ink/wash.<br />

Sessional Work<br />

At least Nine articles should be prepared by the Candidates.<br />

The Practical Examiner will award the marks.<br />

Paper-II DESIGN AND LAYOUT<br />

Time : 5 hrs. PRACTICAL Marks : 65<br />
