Violation under Rule 13(1),33(2) & 21(1) <strong>of</strong> MCDR 1988 were observed during the inspection.<br />
Rule 13(1) for, In Quarry H (old) development has be carried out up to 4000E & 1100N -1350N<br />
against the proposal 3600E – 3860 E and 1100N- 1240N during the year 2010-11,<br />
24 bore holes were drilled against commitment <strong>of</strong> 42 boreholes during 2010-11 and<br />
Check dam near pump house was not de-silted to prevent escape <strong>of</strong> material in to near by nalla,<br />
Rule 33(2), ore stock was not secured by retaining wall and garland drain was not maintained in<br />
waste dump <strong>of</strong> quarry-4 to prevent formation <strong>of</strong> gullies and<br />
Rule 21(1), log books in respect <strong>of</strong> heavy earth moving machinery was not maintained.<br />
