Rule 13(1) for, In Quarry H (old) development has be carried out up to 4000E & 1100N -1350N against the proposal 3600E – 3860 E and 1100N- 1240N during the year 2010-11, 24 bore holes were drilled against commitment of 42 boreholes during 2010-11 and Check dam near pump house was not de-silted to prevent escape of material in to near by nalla, Rule 33(2), ore stock was not secured by retaining wall and garland drain was not maintained in waste dump of quarry-4 to prevent formation of gullies and Rule 21(1), log books in respect of heavy earth moving machinery was not maintained.
