No. PDA-I-104/2008 I tJZ a.@' / D.&A., In exercise of the
powers conferred by clause (s) of section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ( 2
of 1974) and in supersession of all previous notifications so far as it relates to the subj ect,
the State Government do hereby declare establishment of Rugudi Police Station in the
district of Keonjhar by bifurcating the existing Barbil Police Station, which shall include
the villages/local areas as specified in column (2) of the Schedule below and direct that

the said villages/areas which were hitherto included in Barbil Police Station of the said
district shall cease to be so included in Barbil Police Station on the date of publication of
this notification in the Orissa Gazette.
