Duty Exemption Scheme

* Note : The quantity of item nos 1 and 2 will be as per the Engineering Table 5 given at the end of this
product group.If the alternative item I.e. PVC Resin, DOP & Filler is sought in lieu of import item No. 2
PVC compound, their import shall be permitted to the extent stated below:1. PVC Resin-60% of the
permissble quantity of PVC compound as per Engg. Table -5.2. DOP-30% of the permissble quantity of
PVC compound as per Engg. Table -5.3.Filler-10% of the permissble quantity of PVC compound as per
Engg. Table -5. (The quantity of item Nos. 1 & 2 (a) or 2(b) will be as per the engg. Table 5 given at the
end of this product group.4. Wherever PVC stabilizer is asked for it may be allowed up to 3% of the
quantity of PVC compound, subject to reduction of the same % age in the quantity of PVC resin.
