Note 1.The above norm is applicable only if the export product(s) is manufactured through Blast Furnace-<br />

2. Ferro Niobium and Ferro vanadium would be permitted only if the alloying element namely Niobium<br />

and Vanadium is present in the export product.<br />

3. Item of import at Sl.No.1 (ii), 3(ii)(b)(i)(l) (p) (q)(s) and continuous cast refractories and Tundish<br />

Nozzles at (v) shall not allowed in case of export of Steel ingots.<br />

4. Item of import at Sl.No.1 (ii), 3(ii), (c), (m) & 3 (iii) (a), (b), shall not be allowed in case of rolled blooms/<br />

billets/ slabs. However, against export of rolled billets made through continuous cast blooms, continuous<br />

cast refractories & Tundish Nozzles under 3(ii)(v) shall be allowed.<br />

5. Item of import at Sl.No.3 (ii) (p) and (q) shall be allowed in case of export of pipes and tubes only. The<br />

item of import at Sl. No 3 (ii) (r) shall be allowed in case of export of CRGO/CRNGO sheets.<br />

6.The item NonAlloy Steel Melting Scrap will be allowed as per the definition given in section XV of<br />

Customs Tariff.<br />

7.The item at Sl. No. 3 (ii)(s) shall not be allowed in case of import of item at Sl.No.1 (ii). Similarly, in case<br />

of import of item at Sl.No. 1 (ii), the item at Sl.No.3 (ii) (s) will not be allowed.<br />
