Registration for all courses shall be achieved 2 months prior to the beginning of the course.

Travel
Please make sure you have: For practical training:
• a valid passport Appropriate working clothes are needed (safety shoes

• an international health insurance
Transport and Accommodation
The Training Academy is located in a 10 minutes walking distance from Donauwörth city centre with several
hotels and a railway station. We are pleased to help you arranging transport and accommodation. A list of
hotels with ECD special prices is also available upon request. Participants’ expenses for travel and
accommodation are not included in the course fees.
Car rental „Sixt“ is situated within a 15 min walking distance from EUROCOPTER.
Taxi
If you need a taxi for private use, please ask the receptionist in your hotel. During normal working hours our
Training Assistants will be pleased to make arrangements.
Usual taxi charges:
From Donauwörth to Augsburg centre approx. 75 €
From Donauwörth to Munich Airport approx. 150 €

In case the course has to be postponed or cancelled due to the insufficient number of participants, we will
inform you immediately and we will make our best to find an appropriate solution.
