If you have, or have been involved with the Young Enterprise Scheme then you’ll have an insight into how businesses operate and interact with their customers and suppliers. The great thing about business is that we are all consumers. We know what we like, how we like to be treated and what we think is a good deal. These factors alone equip you with a good understanding of the buyer-seller relationship and what influences your purchasing decisions.
