THE ANNUAL ANDES SKI TRIP FOR 7TH-12TH GRADE is Monday, January 21 st . We will
leave by bus from Holy Spirit Catholic Church at 8 a.m. and return at 8 p.m. Cost is $50 for
skiing and $60 for snowboarding. If you have your own equipment, it is only $35. All
snowboarders must wear a helmet. Lessons for beginners are available for $5 and chaperones can
ski for free! Registrations/liability forms are available in the Gathering Space. The deadline to register is

BOWLING FOR 6TH-12TH GRADE SUNDAY, JANUARY 13 TH . Come and join other area Catholic
Churches in fellowship, food and bowling! We will meet at West Acres Bowl from 1:00-3:00 p.m. to hit some
pins and have some fun! $15 per person and friends are welcome. Registration forms are available in the
Gathering Space and due by Wednesday, January 9 th . Talk to Natalie for more information.

A YEAR OF FAITH PRESENTATION – TWO DATES, TWO LOCATIONS: JANUARY 29 AND 30:
Have you read any of the 16 documents of Vatican II? Come find out just how important they are to the Church
today! You are invited to a presentation with Msgr. Paul Watson, retired Director of the Maryvale Higher
Institute of Religious Sciences in Birmingham, England. Msgr. Paul Watson will be speaking on the "Four
Primary Documents of the Second Vatican Council”. There will be supper at 5:30 p.m. presentation 6:30-8:30
p.m. Free will offering. Tuesday, the 29 th – at St. Joseph’s Church, Devil’s Lake. Wednesday, the 30 th – at St.
Anthony of Padua Church, Fargo. Sponsored by the Diocesan Catholic Education and Formation Offices. For

THANK YOU: American Heritage Girls Troop ND0316 would like to thank St. Anthony’s Church,
parishioners and area businesses for their generous support of our HUGS Duffle Bag Project. The girls reached
their goal of filling 75 duffle bags for homeless children and 1 st Choice Clinic. We stuffed and delivered the
bags on December 15 th to the agencies. Thank you again for your support and we look forward to growing the
HUGS project in 2013.
CONCERT: Fr. Kevin Boucher, Fr. Chris Markman and the staff of Nativity invite you to a Sacred Christmas
Concert on January 13 th , 3:00 p.m. at Nativity Catholic Church. The concert will include music sung by the
various choirs of Nativity and will conclude with a Hot Chocolate/Apple Cider social. Free will offering will
go towards a matching grant that has been donated for Nativity's building project.
