SPRI: THE CORE FROM THE
FLOOR WITH THE CHIBOLSTER®
With Leslee Bender
The Core from the Floor It’s not about a six pack or
shortening and tightening the muscles! Every time
your foot hits the ground you activate your core three
dimensionally and, every plane of motion is involved.
You will discover a strong core is not lying on the floor
will learn the affects gravity has on the body each time
you move with a ‘purpose” Incorporating the
Chi Bolster® adds a unique opportunity for stimulation
of the feet with all exercises which affects the entire
kinetic chain.
