2011 Walker Cup Champion Great Britain and Ireland United States Golf Association International Challenge Trophy The prize for winning the Walker Cup Match is the United States Golf Association International Challenge Trophy, which was donated in 1921 by George H. Walker, USGA president in 1920. Following a series of meetings with the Royal and Ancient Golf Club in Great Britain, Walker announced that he would donate the trophy to encourage the competition.
