Projected source water savings are projected at approximately 4 MGD when the Village Wellington reaches “built out” conditions. b. Performance and Condition of Existing Facilities The Village’s Wellington’s water facilities have consistently provided safe and reliable water service in compliance with all criteria established by the FDEP and the Florida Department of Health for drinking water. The water treatment and distribution facilities continue to be maintained in good operating condition. Repairs and/or upgrades to the plant are performed as required maximizing the useful life of the facilities.
