SECTION 2: The Transportation Element of the Wellington
Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended to read as set forth in Exhibit “B”.
SECTION 3: The Housing Element of the Wellington Comprehensive
Plan is hereby amended to read as set forth in Exhibit “C”.
SECTION 4: The Infrastructure Element of the Wellington
Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended to read as set forth in Exhibit “D”.
SECTION 5: The Conservation Element of the Wellington
Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended to read as set forth in Exhibit “E”.
SECTION 6: The Recreation and Open Space Element of the
Wellington Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended to read as set forth in Exhibit
“F”.
SECTION 7: The Intergovernmental Coordination Element of the
Wellington Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended to read as set forth in Exhibit
“G”.
SECTION 8: The Capital Improvement Element of the Wellington
Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended to read as set forth in Exhibit “H”.
SECTION 9: The Education Element of the Wellington Comprehensive
Plan is hereby amended to read as set forth in Exhibit “I”.
SECTION 10: The Public School Facilities Element of the Wellington
Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended to read as set forth in Exhibit “J”.
SECTION 11: The Equestrian Element of the Wellington
Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended to read as set forth in Exhibit “K”.
SECTION 12: The Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
transmit this comprehensive plan amendment to the state land planning agency
pursuant to Section 163.3184(3), Florida Statutes.
SECTION 13: The Manager is hereby directed to amend the
Comprehensive Plan in accordance with this Ordinance.
SECTION 14: Should any section paragraph, sentence, clause, or
phrase of this Ordinance be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of this Ordinance as a whole or
any portion or part thereof, other than the part to be declared invalid.
