Editor’s Note
You will be receiving this issue of Ozone News
just before or during the Strasbourg World
Congress. Considerable planning has gone
into this Congress and I am sure that it will be a big
success.
This Congress will be followed in about two months
by a Pan American Group conference at Lake
Lanier Islands, GA. The PAG conferences are
always well-attended and supported by the ozone
manufacturing community. This will be an excellent
stop to see what is new in the field of ozone.
There has been much going on in the world of
Ozone. The Japan Ozone Association has just
completed an annual seminar and elected new
leadership. An annual ozone conference in Russia
was just completed. Ozone was nicely covered at
the recent AWWA Conference and Exposition. All
of these events are covered in this issue.
After resolution of some technical issues, IOA
members should now have access to Ozone:
Science & Engineering on the Taylor & Francis
website. I have used this website a number of times
and it is a good way to retrieve past articles from
recent issues of OS&E. It now makes OS&E
assessable from any location, not just the location
of the hard copy.
All members should be very pleased with the
positive recommendations that a number of ozone
manufacturers have given for the IOA. By their
email correspondence and advertising, they are
directing others to our organization and our
website.
There is much being accomplished in the IOA to the
benefit of all the membership.
