Mi. Hausman had never seen plaintiffs exhibit 4 before, and had to<br />

ask the prosecutor if it contained his personal information. RP 309.<br />

Plaintiffs exhibit 4 contains Mr. Hausman's name, social security number,<br />

his mother-in-law's name, his wife's name, his old address, and an old bank<br />

account number. RP 309-3 12. In February of 2004, Mr. Hausman's car<br />

was towed before he had a chance to clean out his personal information
