Mr. Roger's testified that plaintiffs exhibit one is an authentic<br />
social security card issued to Don Robert Noe. RP 68. Mr. Rogers spoke<br />
to Mr. Noe and Mr. Noe told Mr. Rogers that he had lost his wallet while<br />
attending Evergreen <strong>State</strong> College in Olympia in the spring of 2004. RP<br />
69. Mr. Noe told Mi. Rogers that nobody had his permission to possess<br />
his social security card. RP 69.<br />
Mi. Rogers testified that plaintiffs exhibit 2 is a counterfeit social<br />
security card issued to Rodrigo Castro Velazco and using the valid social<br />
security number of an eight year old boy born in Florida. RP 69-71. Mr.<br />
Rogers was not able to tell ifRodrigo Castro Velazco was the name of a<br />

Michael Brutsche<br />
Michael Brutsche is the secretary for his grandfather, Leo Brutsche,<br />
at Leo Brutsche's business. RP 80-8 1. Michael Brutsche is familiar with<br />
the trailer his grandfather bought because Michael Brutsche performed<br />
repairs on it. RP 8 1. The trailer was stolen, but several months later<br />
Michael Brutsche saw the trailer in Tacoma. RP 81-82. Michael Brutsche<br />
called the police and his grandfather and then watched the trailer. RP 83.<br />
Leo Brutsche arrived and he and Michael Brutsche observed Mr.
