• Header
o Click on the Open icon.
o The File Open dialog box is displayed.
o Select the TA Inspection to open
� Save
• To save a newly created TA Inspection:
o Click on the Save icon.
o The Save As dialog box is displayed.
o The new TA Inspection is saved.
• While editing an existing TA Inspection:
o Click on the Save icon on the toolbar.
o The inspection is saved using the previously saved
file name.
� TA Search
• Click on the TA Search icon on the toolbar.
• Follow the instruction for the TA Search menu item.
� Add to Service Report
• Click the Add to Service Report icon on the toolbar.
o Detailed TA inspection information is sent to the
Service Report.
o A confirmation message will be displayed.
o
o Illustration 45: The TA header section can be expanded or collapsed, and
the following fields of the header edited:
� Serial Number, Model, Dealer, Work Order and Customer
• Pre-populated from STW if the values are entered in STW.
• Click on these fields to edit their values.
� Date
• Expand the Date field and select the date from the calendar.
� Temperature
• Enter the Temperature value and select the Units
(Fahrenheit or Celsius).
� Time
• Click on the Time field and select the Time value.
o Expand or collapse the Header section
� Click on the twisty to expand or collapse the Header section.
