ABSTRACT (ENGLISH): The invention relates to the use of a halogen-free<br />

multi-layer sheet material comprising (i) a base film<br />

of a polymer comprising the reaction product of a<br />

precursor mixture comprising at least one<br />

hydroxy-functional resin and an aminoplast<br />

cross-linking agent; (ii) an adhesive layer; and (iii)<br />

optionally, a release liner, as a label or a label<br />

stock or in the manufacture of a laser cuttable and/or<br />

laser markable article. The invention also relates to<br />

the use of a halogen-free film of a polymer comprising<br />

the reaction product of a precursor mixture comprising<br />

at least one hydroxy-functional resin and an<br />

aminoplast cross-linking agent in a laser cuttable<br />

and/or laser-markable article.<br />

materiau en feuille multicouche exempt d'halogene<br />

contenant: (a) un film de base en polymere renfermant<br />

le produit de reaction d'un melange precurseur<br />

contenant au moins une resine a fonction hydroxy et un<br />

agent de reticulation aminoplaste; (b) une couche<br />

adhesive; et (c) eventuellement, un revetement<br />

anti-adhesif, tel qu'une etiquette ou un film a<br />

etiquette, utilises dans la fabrication d'un article<br />

pouvant se couper/marquer au laser. Par ailleurs,<br />

l'invention concerne l'utilisation d'un film polymere<br />

exempt d'halogene contenant un produit de reaction<br />

d'un melange precurseur contenant au moins une resine<br />

a fonction hydroxy et un agent de reticulation<br />

aminoplaste dans un article pouvant se couper/marquer<br />
