DCR coverage • Specific chemical compounds indexed by Thomson Reuters from basic patents in DWPI • DWPI patents classified in Pharmaceutical (B), agrochemical (C) and/or general chemical (E) • Comprehensive coverage began in 4/1999* • Selective coverage for approximately – 20,000 substances from 1/1987 to date – 2,100 substances from 7/1981 to date * Except Japanese patents which are covered from 9/2000 onwards. 10
