16 Marie Lumsden-Keys Artist/Painter Marie draws inspiration from the natural world which surrounds her, both in the Yarra Valley and the universe. She has an intuitive connection and a total surrender to the vibrant colours that choose the canvas and loves to work in acrylics. Marie applies the paint thick and in many layers. The paint flows freely from the tube and wanders to the rhythm of spontaneous energies. The use of vivid fluorescent colours stimulate the senses and capture the essence of surrounding energies.
