UNIT STATUS<br />

UNIT SWITCH OFF SHUTDOWN<br />

This message indicates the UNIT SWITCH is in the<br />

OFF position and not allowing the unit to run.<br />

UNIT STATUS<br />

DAILY SCHEDULE SHUTDOWN<br />

This message indicates that either the daily or holiday<br />

schedule programmed is keeping the chiller from<br />

running.<br />

UNIT STATUS<br />

REMOTE CONTROLLED SHUTDOWN<br />

This message indicates that either an ISN or RCC has<br />

turned the chiller OFF and is not allowing it to run.<br />

UNIT STATUS<br />

FLOW SWITCH SHUTDOWN<br />

This message indicates the flow switch is not allowing<br />

the chiller to run. There is a 1 second delay on this safety<br />

to assure the flow switch did not momentarily open.<br />

UNIT STATUS<br />

VSD COOLING SHUTDOWN<br />

This message indicates the chiller is shutdown, but<br />

running all the condenser fans, VSD glycol pump, and<br />

VSD fan in an effort to bring the internal VSD ambient<br />

temperature down to an acceptable level before allowing<br />

the chiller to start.<br />

SYS X REMOTE RUN CONTACT IS OPEN<br />

This message indicates the remote start/stop contact between<br />

2 and 15 or 2 and 16 of the 1TB terminal block is<br />

open. There is a 1 second delay on this safety to assure<br />

the remote contacts did not momentarily open.<br />

SYS X SYSTEM SWITCH IS OFF<br />

This message indicates the system switch (software via<br />

keypad) is turned OFF. The system will not be allowed to<br />

run until the system switch is turned ON via the keypad.<br />

SYS X NOT RUNNING<br />

This message indicates the system is not running because<br />

the chilled liquid is below the setpoint or the<br />

micro has not loaded the lead system far enough into<br />

the loading sequence to bring the lag system ON. This<br />

message will be displayed on the lag system until the<br />

loading sequence is ready for the lag system to start.<br />

SYS X COOLING DEMAND SHUTDOWN<br />

This message is only displayed in the Normal Shutdown<br />

History display to indicate a capacity control<br />

shutdown.<br />

SYS X COMPRESSOR RUNNING<br />

This message indicates the system is running as a result<br />

of cooling demand.<br />

SYS X SHUTTING DOWN<br />

The compressor shutting down message indicates the respective<br />

system is ramping down in speed prior to shutting<br />

OFF. This message is displayed after the software<br />

run signal is disabled until the VSD notifies the Chiller<br />

Control Board the compressor is no longer running.<br />

SYS X ANTI-RECYCLE TIMER = XXX SEC<br />

This message indicates the amount of time left on the<br />

respective system anti-recycle timer and the system is<br />

unable to start until the timer times out.<br />

SYS X DISCHARGE PRESSURE LIMITING<br />

The Discharge Pressure Limiting message indicates<br />

the discharge pressure load limit or discharge pressure<br />

unloading is in effect.<br />

SYS X SUCTION PRESSURE LIMITING<br />

The Suction Pressure Limiting message indicates the<br />

suction pressure load limit or suction pressure unloading<br />

is in effect.<br />

SYS X MOTOR TEMP LIMITING<br />

The Motor Temp Limiting message indicates the motor<br />

temp load limit or motor temp unloading is in effect.<br />

SYS X MOTOR CURRENT LIMITING<br />

The motor current limiting message indicates the motor<br />

current load limit or motor current unloading is in<br />

effect.<br />
