17.1.1 Setting via Rotary Switch with SB 3000TL/4000TL/5000TL.<br />
1. Set the rotary switch, A, with a screwdriver (2.5 mm) to position "E".<br />
2. Set the chosen language via the rotary switch B with a screwdriver (2.5 mm). You can find the<br />
configuration of the switch in the manual of the PV inverter.<br />
☑ Stand-alone grid operation and the desired language have been set.<br />
17.1.2 Setting via Rotary Switch with SB 2000HF/2500HF/<br />
3000HF and STP 10000TL/12000TL/15000TL/17000TL<br />
1. Set the rotary switch, A, with a screwdriver (2.5 mm) to the desired position:<br />
– Position "D" = Stand-alone grid operation at 60 Hz<br />
– Position "E" = Stand-alone grid operation at 50 Hz<br />
2. Set the chosen language via the rotary switch B with a screwdriver (2.5 mm). You can find the<br />
configuration of the switch in the manual of the PV inverter.<br />
☑ Stand-alone grid operation and the desired language have been set.<br />
17.1.3 Setting via Communication or Software<br />
You can set the PV inverter to stand-alone grid operation (OFF-Grid) via communication or software.<br />
Depending on the device type, the stand-alone grid operation (OFF-Grid) is set using the parameter<br />
"CntrySet", "Set country standard" or "Default". Carry out the parameter change as described in the<br />
manual of the communication device or of the software.<br />
Setting the parameter "CntrySet" or "Set country standard"<br />
The setting to stand-alone grid operation using the parameter "CntrySet" or "Set country<br />
standard" can only be performed with the following PV inverters:<br />
• SB 3000TL/4000TL/5000TL<br />
• SB 2000HF/2500HF/3000HF<br />
• STP 10000TL/12000TL/15000TL/17000TL<br />
Setting the "Default" parameter<br />
The setting to stand-alone grid operation using the parameter "Default" can only be<br />
performed with the following PV inverters:<br />
• SB 1200, SB1700, SB 2500, SB 3000, SB 3300, SB 3800, SMC 4600A,<br />
SMC 5000A, SMC 6000A, SMC 7000HV, SMC 6000TL, SMC 7000TL,<br />
SMC 8000TL, SMC 9000TL, SMC 10000TL, SMC 11000TL<br />
