Villa paradiso and Maison du relax are always sure that prevention is
better than cure. This is the philosophy of our two structures and that
we continue to follow, grateful for the success of this long and positive
path. The medical staff, composed of 8 doctors, gives usage both to
natural and conventional medicine. From this combination our unique
holistic medicine makes the difference between us and all the other
wellness centers.

The daily meetings with the medical staff and the competence of the team
will make the stay completely personalized, according to the different needs
and problems of the guest.
With the most modern bioelectronic devices using the organometric
evaluation (that determines the energetic level of the different parts of the
body according to the Chinese acupuncture points) the doctor will give a
whole comprehending diagnosis of the patient’s health. This is very important
to give a detailed prescription for the diet that will have to be followed at
home, to maintain and enhance the obtained results.

esthetics – Masso therapy – Fitness
The derma cosmetic evaluation is made by our highly qualified estheticians.
The treatments are however always kept under control by the medical staff.
In the holiday basic package there is one hour of manual daily massage, that
may be different according to the guest’s needs and medical advice. Here are
some of our treatments:
• Connective Massage
With a series of manipulation of superficial and deeper layers of connective
tissue the therapist helps to revitalize the body and enhance circulation.
• Lymphatic Drainage Massage
It is a classic therapeutic massage, helpful in eradicating fluid retention. It is
an adjuvant treatment to all the other medical and esthetic therapies.
• Circulation Massage
Similar to the lymphatic drainage massage, but with more energetic
movements. It has therapeutic purposes to enhance bad circulation.
• Antistress Massage
Another kind of gentle massage that stimulates the whole body, calms the
nervous system and is used for its relaxing properties.
• Face masks: regenerating, hydrating and toning.
• Brushings and re-hydrating treatments for face and body.

During the holiday once a week the guest is also analyzed with our biomedical

• Presso Theraphy
Therapy for the venous and lymphatic diseases. A wrapping, divided into
sections, gives out an intermittent and continue pressure from the groin to
the feet. The different sections of the wrapping pumps up in a sequential
order, facilitating the venous and lymphatic return. the therapy can be
applied to the upper limbs as well. It eases heaviness feeling of the lower
limbs, thus improving circulation.
• Electrical Muscle Stimulation
It is the elicitation of muscle contraction using electric impulses. The
impulses are generated by a device and delivered through electrodes on the
skin in direct proximity to the muscles to be stimulated. The impulses mimic
the action potential coming from the central nervous system, causing the
muscles to contract.
It is a really good treatment to tone muscles and to firm abdomen, legs and
buttocks.
• Masso Therapy (daily treatment)

“3 WELLNESS DAYS” (Maison du relax)
A kind of stay created for all the people that don’t have a whole week to restore
and relax. In the “3 wellness days” stay (arrival Monday evening, treatments
from Tuesday to Thursday or arrival Thursday evening and treatments from
Friday to Sunday) there are the following appointments:
- Daily check up with the doctor.
- Daily esthetic treatment.
- Daily masso therapy treatment.
- Hydro massage and hammam, one per day.
- One polarity treatment during the 3 days.
- One session of Do-in (meridian stretching ) daily.
- Personalized diet according medical advice.

• Skin peeling
Skin peel is one of the most effective and popular skin care procedures of
improving the skin appearance and health. It helps to make the skin healthier
and smoother, improves its color and texture and treats such imperfections
as some kind of scars, fine lines, clogged pores, brown spots etc. There are
several peels that can be used to exfoliate. Some of them are quite gentle,
some other more effective, depending on the used products.
• Hyaluronic acid
It is the perfect treatment to complete the anti-aging action of all the other
treatments.
Hyaluronic acid is an injectable filler, proven and ideal to fill in all soft tissue
defects such as facial wrinkles.
Hyaluronic injections temporarily smooth wrinkles by adding volume under
the skin, and it is used for lip augmentation, reduction of folds and wrinkles
and removal of scars.
The results may vary slightly in terms of effect and longevity depending on

It is a medical device that easily enhances the penetration of different
types of hydro soluble substances, of medical or esthetic type. In this

is administered with an electric roller, that rotating is able to let the
therapeutic substances penetrate into the treated areas. Antara is ideal
to treat all kinds of cellulite and localized adiposities, to enhance skin
firmness and circulation. It can be used both as a single treatment and in
association with mesotherapy or mesofrequency.
• LPG© Endermologie
It is a medical device that deeply reactivates the cell drainage activity. The
treatment is administered with an aspiring pump which is equipped with
independent motorized rollers. This rolling action gently yet intensively

A relaxing therapy where warm herbal oils are poured onto the center of the

It means “brushing”. It is a traditional full body massage performed with

Garshan removes dead skin layers leaving the skin supple and glowing and

• Pinda Sveda
With this treatment herbal plants are warmed and tied into a muslin
cloth (pinda) before being massaged over the body.
Pinda Sveda helps to strength and nourish the body. It also concentrates

• Swedana
Swedana is a relaxing, detoxifying treatment. It is a steam bath that stimulates

• Hot Stone Massage

• MRT © Matrix regeneration therapy
MRT is an innovative and modern combination treatment that stimulates

• Watsu
It is the water version of shiatsu, a form of body massage performed while
lying in the water. During a watsu session you are cradled and rocked into
warm water, together with a series of stretching movements. A deeply relaxing
treatment.
• Pilates
It is a physical fitness system developed by the famous trainer Joseph
Pilates. The Pilates method seeks to increase the strength, flexibility and
control of the body, as opposed to traditional body building. Pilates is a
conditioning routine that with its own machines and instruments helps
to build flexibility, strength and coordination in the whole body.
