Here are the details of Auspicious Bathing Dates & Camp/Tents Rates of Allahabad Kumbh Mela 2013.
We are operating this mega event since 1989 with great devotion as this is one of the largest religious gatherings
in the world, so this time also nothing is of lesser than that. Our company Mystical Journeys has started to
operate this mega event since 2001 along with Ardha Kumb Melas at four major places in India and we are one of
the key players of Kumbh events since then.
The Maha Kumbh Mela at Prayag in Allahabad will be starting from 27th January to 25th February in 2013. The
Mela ground is right to the bank of river the Ganges. The Hindu pilgrims make offerings to the departed souls at
Prayag. Bathing at the confluence of the three rivers - Triveni Sangam is considered sacred in the Hindu month of
Magha - especially on Makara Sankranti, Ratha Saptami, the full moon and the new moon day.
The Camp: In every Kumbh Melas we the Mystical Journeys Group accommodates the Kumbh Mela
participants coming across the world in a very comfort and with hygienic food in tents/camp. These tents are
easily accessible to the Mela Ground i.e. located within distance of 3-4 km. We mainly offer two different
categories of tents to the participants according to their desires. These are deluxe tents and Luxury tents which
provides you the elegant comfort and high levels of service and gives you value for money throughout your stay
at the event in India.
Our camps include the following amenities:
Accommodation in spacious weather proof luxury-tents
Two Bottles of mineral water per day per tent.
Attached baths and toilets with running Hot & Cold water
Luxury tents with wooden floor

All boarding and lodging charges

Entertainment every evening
Meals: Vegetarian meals only, at pre appointed times, will be served in the dining area served by well attired and
trained service staff.
Reception and Welcome: Guests will be welcomed with Garlands and welcome drink on arrival. A separate tent for
reception area will be established.
Entertainment: Evening entertainment by folk artists everyday will be provided and three different programs will
be planned to include.
Sit around the Camp fire will be organized every evening.
The restaurant will provide hot and cold beverages till midnight. [On Direct payment basis]
Security: Round the clock security by professionals will be provided to make the guests feel fully secured.
Essential services: Essential services will be provided round the clock with the duty attendant at the reception.
First Aid: A first aid box will be made available at the reception for any kind of emergency. Hot water will be
provided to guests on demand free of cost.
