bar mill shipping building No. 2 was constructed by the Duquesne<br />

Works on a concrete foundation. It is adjacent to shipping<br />

building No. 1. The building is open on its northern and<br />

southern ends in order to provide a clear passageway to shipping<br />

building No. 1 to the south, and shipping building No. 3 to the<br />

north. Its gable roof is supported by Fink trusses. Three 20-<br />

ton E.O.T. cranes sit on top of a craneway which spans the width<br />

of the building and extends its entire length.<br />

Located inside of the building next to the western side of<br />

the hot bed run-out table is a Kron cradle type floor scale. The<br />

northern portion of the Sutton bar straightener is located in the<br />

far western end of the building near the rail head.<br />

Construction date: ca. 1942.<br />

I. Twenty-Two Inch Bar Mill Shipping Building No. 3: The one<br />

story, 80' wide x 480* long 22" bar mill shipping building No. 3<br />

is laid out on a east-west axis. It is adjacent to shipping<br />

building No. 2. Built on a concrete foundation by the Duquesne<br />

Works, the building is open on its southern end in order to<br />

provide a clear passageway to shipping building No. 2. Its gable<br />

roof is supported by Fink trusses. Three 2 0-ton E.O.T. cranes<br />

sit on top of a craneway which spans the width of the building<br />

and runs its entire length.<br />

Located inside of the building next to the western side of<br />

the hot bed run-out table is a Kron cradle type floor scale. All<br />

other equipment formerly in the building has been removed.<br />

Construction date: ca. 1942.<br />

J. Oil Storage Shedr Paint Shed. Locker Roomf and Twenty-Two<br />

Inch Bar Mill Shipping Office: The oil storage shed, paint shed,<br />

locker room, and 22" bar mill shipping office are located just<br />

outside of the northern wall of shipping building No. 3. The<br />

approximately 10* square x 10' high corrugated metal oil storage<br />

shed is located near the northwest corner of the shipping<br />

building. It contains six 4' square x 6 1 high oil tanks.<br />

About 50* east of the oil storage shed is the approximately<br />

10* wide x 20' long x 20' high corrugated metal paint shed. Laid<br />

out on a east-west axis, it has a gable roof.<br />

The locker room is located approximately 15* east of the<br />

paint shed. Laid out on a east-west axis, it is 30' wide x 80'<br />

long x 15' high. Constructed on a concrete foundation, the<br />

building is made out of concrete block and has a flat roof.<br />

About 150' east of the locker room is the 15* wide x 30'<br />

long x 15' high 22" bar mill shipping office. Constructed on a
