Could you please provide some more detailed figures on TOIL for ministerial staff, as agreed at the last negotiation
meeting.
To be consistent with the information provided for non-Executive staff, can you please provide TOIL balances for a range
of
Adviser Ievell, Adviser level 2, Senior Adviser Ievell and Senior Adviser level 2 staff, preferably who have been
continuously
employed, for the following pay periods:
February 2008 = 6/2/08, 20/2/08 and 5/3/08
August 2008 = 6/8/08, 20/8/08 and 3/9/08
October 2008 = 1/10/08, 15/10/08 and 29/10/08
February 2010 = 3/2/10,17/2/10 and 3/3/10
August 2010 = 4/8/10, 18/8/10 and 1/9/10
October 2010 = 29/9/10, 13/10/10 and 27/10/10

ian -the Executive have one Chief of Staff and two Senior Advisers ll that have in excess of 80hours TOIL but intend to
clear the slate-SA's L1 next month and COS in April 2011.
In addition, there are four staff who I understand have in excess of 80 hours with no plans to reduce in the immediate
future (1 x SAL2, 2 x Adviser l2, 1 x ALl( upper)).
