6.6.4. Passes may not be handed from a Pass holder to a guest without a Pass. Doing<br />
so will result in immediate expulsion from the Event Level.<br />
6.6.5. Only those on an Organization’s Pass List may be able to use that Organization’s<br />
Passes. NO EXCEPTIONS.<br />
6.6.6. If your PASS is not available upon reaching the front of the PASS line, you<br />
MUST return to the back of the line. No one may stand by the PASS tables waiting<br />
for a PASS to become available. Everyone must wait in line to as to avoid<br />
congestion around the computers.<br />
6.6.7. The Pass Tables may close periodically throughout the Weekend when the floor<br />
reaches capacity.<br />
7.0 CODE OF CONDUCT<br />
7.1. Expectations of THON Volunteers<br />
7.1.1. Engaging in inappropriate behavior or behavior that does not uphold the integrity<br />
of THON while wearing THON gear will result in a meeting with appropriate<br />
member(s) of the Captain or Overall Committee.<br />
7.1.2. Engaging in inappropriate behavior in a THON setting (i.e. consuming alcohol<br />
prior to a meeting) will result in immediate removal from THON setting and a<br />
meeting with the appropriate member(s) of the Captain or Overall Committee.<br />
7.1.3. Failure to attend more than three (3) mandatory THON events without a<br />
reasonable excuse will result in a warning and/or potential removal from the<br />
Committee following meeting with the appropriate member(s) of the Captain or<br />
Overall Committee.<br />
7.1.4. If THON is represented anywhere in a THON volunteer's (i.e. Overall, Captain, or<br />
Committee Member) online profile or account information, the volunteer is to post<br />
and tweet things appropriate of a THON representative. Repeated failure to do so<br />
will result in a warning and/or meeting with the appropriate member(s) of the<br />
Captain or Overall Committee.<br />
7.1.5. Any THON volunteer who is involved in a major criminal offense or any activity<br />
deemed egregiously inappropriate by the Overall Committee will face potential<br />
dismissal as left to the discretion of the Overall Committee.<br />
7.2. Protocol for Removal of THON Volunteers<br />
7.2.1. Removal of THON volunteers (i.e. Overall, Captain, or Committee Member) will<br />
be left to the discretion of overseeing Overall or Captain.<br />
