<strong>2013</strong> Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon<br />
6.5.3.11. Objects may not be thrown from the Event level to the stands or viceversa.<br />
6.5.3.12. Standing against the gates at the end of each aisle or at the top of the<br />
entrance to any Portal is prohibited.<br />
6.5.3.13. Spectators are not allowed to use the outlets in the BJC to charge<br />
phones, cameras or any other electronic devices.<br />
6.5.3.14. Organizations may not hang signs over the railings in front of any THON<br />
or corporate sponsor signs.<br />
6.5.3.15. Entrance to the BJC prior to the start of THON Weekend will be via Gates<br />
A and B. Guests waiting to enter will line up in the gated queue. There will be<br />
an open area between the lines and the doors of approximately 20 feet in<br />
distance. Rules & Regulations Captains will allow twenty (20) guests at a time<br />
to enter the BJC. Detailed instructions regarding this entrance plan will be<br />
available closer to THON weekend <strong>2013</strong>.<br />
6.5.3.15.1. Hopping over the outside gates to get in line is strictly prohibited.<br />
6.5.3.16. Running outside and inside the BJC is strictly prohibited.<br />
6.5.3.17. NOTE: From 11pm-4am on Friday and Saturday night, the only open<br />
entrance of the BJC is Gate B. During this time, NO opened beverages will<br />
be allowed into the building. Only approved beverages with seal intact may<br />
enter the BJC. Rules & Regulations Captains and Committee Members<br />
reserve the right to prohibit entrance to the building from anyone who they<br />
suspect may have been drinking.<br />
6.6. Pass System Rules<br />
6.6.1. Passes must be worn and visible at all times.<br />
6.6.2. No one other than Overalls, Captains, Committee Members, and BJC Staff<br />
should be on the event or Mezzanine Levels without a Pass. NO exceptions.<br />
6.6.2.1. There should be no passes on the Concourse level other than tours<br />
during certain hours and escorted by the appropriate Captain. Four Diamonds<br />
and Family passes are acceptable.<br />
6.6.3. During periodic Pass Sweeps, expired Pass holders must exit the Event Level<br />
immediately.<br />
6.6.3.1. Failure to exit the floor when a Pass expires will result in Pass<br />
suspension.<br />
