6.5.2.6. Restrooms located on the Event Level are for dancers ONLY. Only
dancers and members of the same sex who are accompanying or helping the
dancer may enter Dancer Storage Areas.
6.5.2.7. Food and beverages at the HOS Tables, Snack Shack and Pepsi Mobile
Fridges are for Dancers ONLY.
6.5.3. General Rules: The Rules of the BJC throughout THON Weekend include,
but are not limited to, the following:
6.5.3.1. The use of alcohol or drugs is prohibited throughout the entire
weekend. ANY individual found in violation of this rule will either be
denied access to the BJC or weekend. Cigarettes will not be permitted at
any time throughout the weekend.
6.5.3.2. No pets are allowed (with the exception of guide dogs).
6.5.3.3. No large containers are permitted inside the BJC.
6.5.3.4. No silly string is allowed inside the BJC.
6.5.3.5. No large quantities of food may be brought into the BJC. While single
items of food (i.e. one bag of fast food) are permitted, no large orders
(including a single box of pizza, cases of water or other beverages) will be
permitted and guests will be asked to leave their items outside.
6.5.3.6. No sitting is allowed in any area that may be viewed by dancers or on the
concourse at any time (this does not include elderly or disabled persons).
6.5.3.6.1. Any person who needs to sit for medical reasons may
request a wristband from Rules and Regulations Committee
Members. This wristband must be worn at all times in the BJC so
that the wearer will not be asked to stand again.
6.5.3.6.2. Handicapped seating is available in the Bryce Jordan Center
throughout the weekend.
6.5.3.7. Standing on seats and/or saving seats is not permitted.
6.5.3.7.1. Signs are not permitted to be stored on seats.
6.5.3.8. Aisles must be clear at all times, and lines should be continually moving.
6.5.3.9. No large squirt guns will be permitted in the BJC (i.e. anything with a tank
or ability to create damage.)
6.5.3.10. Balls of any kind that could potentially hurt an individual (i.e. baseball or
football) will not be permitted in the BJC.
