<strong>2013</strong> Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon<br />

2.3.4. Commonwealth Campuses will be treated like any other organization. If a<br />

campus does not have the minimum funds, $2,600, raised by Dancer<br />

Registration, it will not receive dancers for THON <strong>2013</strong>.<br />

2.3.4.1. In order to ensure eligibility of dancers for Commonwealth Campuses, the<br />

minimum amount of money must be delivered to University Park NO LATER<br />

THAN 5pm ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 30, <strong>2013</strong> (Last of Dancer<br />

Registration). No Exceptions.<br />

2.3.4.2. Any Commonwealth Campus who is in the dancer lottery must have<br />

all money raised delivered by Monday, January 28, <strong>2013</strong> (the first day of<br />

dancer registration).<br />

2.3.5. Commonwealth Campuses are responsible for mailing/faxing their Dancer<br />

Registration Packet by Dancer Registration.<br />

2.3.6. Council Weekends: Please note that checks are also to be turned in to the CCSG<br />

THON Directors during a Council Weekend. Other deadlines still apply, unless a<br />

request is approved by the Overall Finance Chairperson.<br />

2.3.7. Independent Dancer Couple Status: Students attending a Penn State<br />

Commonwealth Campus are eligible to participate as an independent dancer<br />

couple. To be considered, the minimum amount of money, $2,600, must be<br />

received by the Overall Finance Chairperson, Jen Stipa by 5pm on Monday,<br />

January 28, <strong>2013</strong> (the first day of Dancer Registration). No exceptions will be<br />

made. Independent Dancers from Commonwealth Campuses will be selected<br />

through the Dancer Lottery.<br />

2.3.8. PLEASE NOTE: Students attending a Commonwealth Campus are NOT eligible<br />

to fundraise through any University Park student organizations. Appropriate<br />

channels of fundraising are through the Commonwealth Campus or as an<br />

Independent Dancer.<br />

2.3.9. ATTENTION CAMPUSES ON THE IBIS SYSTEM<br />

2.3.9.1. Checks on the IBIS system take two weeks to process so you MUST<br />

follow this procedure to ensure your checks meet the deadlines set forth.<br />

2.3.9.2. COPY and FAX all personal and canning checks issued to campuses<br />

using IBIS system to the THON Office by the appropriate deadline.<br />

2.3.9.3. All personal checks must be copied and faxed by 5pm of each Friday.<br />

2.3.9.4. All canning check SRFCs must be copied and faxed by 5pm of each<br />

Wednesday following the fundraising weekend.<br />
