2.2.10. CASH DONATIONS
2013 Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon
2.2.10.1. All cash donations received by an organization and individuals must be
turned in to the THON Finance Committee in 210 HUB 10am-5pm, Monday
through Friday.
2.2.10.2. In order for an organization to be credited, money MUST be submitted in
an envelope or a sealed zip-lock bag labeled with the organization name and
number.
2.2.11. CHECK DONATIONS
2.2.11.1. All checks received by an individual or an organization must be turned in
to the THON Finance Committee in 210 HUB 10am-5pm, Monday through
Friday.
2.2.11.2. In order for an organization to be credited, all checks turned in MUST
have the organization name and number in the memo section and must be
made payable to Penn State Dance Marathon, Penn State, or The Four
Diamonds Fund.
2.2.11.3. If a check is made out to your respective organization, the THON Chair
must sign the check over to Penn State Dance Marathon by printing “Make
Payable to THON” and signing his or her own name on the back of the
check. In order to ensure that checks are credited to THON and to your
organization, checks MUST be turned in to the THON Office within one (1)
week of receiving the check. All checks dated in 2012 must be turned in to the
Finance Committee AS SOON AS THEY ARE RECEIVED, and by January
18th, 2013 at the latest. It is essential for timely receipting of our donors that
all 2012 checks are processed in 2012. However, if 2012 checks are received
in 2013, you should continue to turn them into the THON office, AS SOON AS
THEY ARE RECEIVED.
2.2.12. PEER TO PEER GIVING
2.2.12.1. All content on the pages, should be an appropriate representation of
THON and the Four Diamonds Fund
2.2.12.1.1. Content should not contain the following:
2.2.12.1.1.1. Drugs, alcohol, or similar substances, profanity,
inappropriate images or references
2.2.12.1.2. Updates should not include information on Like Drives, Twitter
THON’s, or any other social media drive that is not approved by THON.
