November 16, 2012 (organizations are only required to attend one
night of the five)
AAF Workshop #4 – Monday, January 14 - Thursday,
January 17, 2013 (organizations are only required to attend one
night of the five)
AAF Workshop #5 – Thursday, January 31, 2013
1.5.5.1.3. Complete the bi-weekly Family Relations Report
1.5.5.1.3.1. A Family Relations AAF Liaison will provide schedule of
report deadlines.
1.5.5.2. If you have any questions regarding the Adopt-A-Family program, please
contact Overall Family Relations Chairperson, Sarah Miele
(family.relations@thon.org).
1.5.6. Organization Info Sessions
1.5.6.1. Organization may hold information sessions for themselves as an
organization benefitting THON.
1.5.6.2. These events should be named “Organization X Benefitting THON
Information Session” and not “THON Information Session.”
1.6. Four Diamonds Recycling Effort Regulations (4DRE)
1.6.1. The mission of the Four Diamonds Recycling Effort is to spread environmental
awareness while fundraising for the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon.
1.6.1.1. Organizations, Commonwealth Campuses, and THON Committees are
encouraged to participate.
1.6.1.2. All participants must register on THINK in order to receive a 4DRE
number and to be considered for incentive shifts THON weekend.
1.6.2. Bag Collection
1.6.2.1. Bags should only be dropped off in the designated 4DRE collection sites
listed below.
1.6.2.1.1. Brill Hall (Eastview Terrace), Nittany Hall, Warring Commons
(West Halls), Hastings Hall (East Halls), Hammond Building.
1.6.2.1.2. Signs will be located near dumpsters for recycling drop offs.
1.6.2.2. Only official 4DRE bags are valid for submission.
