Rulebook
2013 Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon
and Alumni Relations Liaisons. The deadlines and penalties/incentives are
listed below:
1.5.4.2. Deadlines:
1.5.4.2.1. September Fundraising Report – Due October 1, 2012 by
11:59pm*
1.5.4.2.2. October Fundraising Report – Due November 1, 2012 by 11:59pm
1.5.4.2.3. November Fundraising Report – Due December 1, 2012 by
11:59pm
1.5.4.2.4. December Fundraising Report – Due January 1, 2012 by 11:59pm
1.5.4.2.5. January Fundraising Report – Due February 1, 2012 by 11:59pm
1.5.4.2.5.1. *The September Fundraising Report will have a 24-hour
window period following the deadline when the report will still be
accepted as on time. This window period will only occur for the
September report. All other reports will be held to their hard
deadline with no exceptions.
1.5.4.3. Penalties & Incentives:
1.5.4.3.1. Complete 5/5 Reports – Organization is entered into a lottery to
win one 42-hour pass for THON 2013
1.5.4.3.2. Complete 4/5 Reports – No penalty
1.5.4.3.3. Complete 3/5 Reports – Loss of one General Pass for THON
2013
1.5.4.3.4. Complete 2/5 Reports – Loss of two General Passes for THON
2013
1.5.4.3.5. Complete 1/5 Reports – 5% reduction in organization’s THON
2013 total
1.5.4.3.6. Complete 0/5 Reports – Loss of one dancer couple for THON
2014
1.5.5. Adopt-A-Family (AAF) Program
1.5.5.1. Participation in the Adopt-A-Family (AAF) program is optional. In order to
participate, the following requirements must be fulfilled:
1.5.5.1.1. Complete Applications by Friday, September 27, 2012, at 5pm.
