Magic Set can be used as a mixing liquid to create colors of liquid
makeup out of Luster Powders (p. 31) or Cosmetic Powdered
Metals (see Tips & Techniques on next page). Magic Set can also
be used as a lining liquid when mixed with our Luster Powders or
our Powdered Glitters (p. 11) as shown below. Mix your own liquid
makeup using our Powdered Pigments (see page 61).

Mix a few drops of
Magic Set with
an equal amount of
Luster Powder in the
palm of your hand using
a lining brush (#1 or #2
round recommended,
p.17.
Line the eye and allow to
dry before opening eye.
