The <strong>RIO</strong> EC X2 bus coupler connects the X<strong>RIO</strong> interface on Schleicher XCx<br />
500/540 to modules in the <strong>RIO</strong> I/O series. The XCx bus coupler has the<br />
same technical features as the economy bus couplers in the EC series.<br />
A bus station comprises the bus coupler and up to 8 <strong>RIO</strong> I/O expansion<br />
modules with 128 digital or 56 analog channels. The I/O modules are<br />
connected on the DIN rail on the coupler. The internal bus is created by slide<br />
contacts.<br />
