12. INFORMATION ON EXPECTED TRENDS
12.1. Significant recent trends in the performance of production, sales and stocks, and
in the development of costs and sale prices from the close of the last financial year until
the date of the Prospectus.
Except as indicated in the First Section, Chapter 9, no substantial changes in the prospects of
the Issuer and UniCredit Group companies occurred after approval of the Consolidated Interim
Report as at September 30, 2009.
12.2. Information on trends, uncertainties, requests, commitments or notable events
that could reasonably have a significant impact on the prospects of the company, at
least for the year in progress
Based on the information currently available, except as indicated in the First Section, Chapters
9, 13 and 20, the Issuer is not aware of any trends, uncertainties, requests, commitments or
events that could reasonably have significant repercussions on the company’s prospects, at least
for the year in progress.
