Lobe Pump
Wash System
Lobe Pump Wash System is used to clean
rotary lobed vacuum pumps and blowers. It is
easily installed on most lobed pump systems and
is available with 120/230V electrical components
to match the milking equipment automatic wash
system.
We recommend Coburn Vacuum Pump
Cleaner, a neutral, ready-to-use degreasing
cleaner which removes dust, dirt and milkfat
from lobed vacuum pumps. Cleaner is metered
to the vacuum pump inlet air stream during the
daily wash cycle to automatically clean the rotor
lobes. The timer is programmed to deliver the
precise amount of Cleaner required for the
pump, in most cases a very small amount. Daily
cleaning helps prevent the build-up of milkfat
and other residues. Our Cleaner also contains a
rust inhibitor to protect the pump from rust and
corrosion.
The Cleaning System includes peristaltic
pump with control, straight injector, and 10 ft. of
chemical tubing.

Raincap-Style
1520AR
Raincap-Style Anti-Reversing Valves are for
vacuum pumps or any kind of exhaust pipe.
They have a hinged cover and are made of
stamped metal with gray powder-coat finish.
Raincap-style valves are engineered to open with
the slightest pressure and to close tightly and
instantaneously when exhaust stops.
The 1520AR model has a rubber cap and
comes with a hose clamp to fit 1.5” or 2”
openings.
