• The start package is for new tenants of the VBW. Beside general housing
related information and information about living in Bochum, it includes vouchers
for four day-tickets (for up to five persons) of the BOGESTRA and an admission
blank for the ticket for tenants. The mobility information and vouchers are
prepared and financed by the BOGESTRA who makes the day-tickets available.
The distribution is organised by the VBW.
• The re-location service offers discounts for vans or vans & drivers. Furthermore
customers can get a price reduced all-inclusive-service.

Tickets for tenants: successful service; currently there are over 1000 users of the
tenant-ticket. Win-win: customer loyalty (VBW) and new customers (BOGESTRA)
