At Velo, providing a variety of service options has been an important part of our identity since the company was
established in 1979. Through years of experience and continuous upgrades, we strive to improve our service and aim
to facilitate our partnerships as well as to achieve customer satisfaction. Our signature services include our Made to
Order Service and Matching Graphic Service (MGS).
MadE tO OrdEr SErvicE
Our made to order service for saddles, grips and tapes is widely admired within the industry and greatly appreciated
by our customers. We provide our OE and OD clients with an infinite number of covers, finishing techniques and
component options for saddles in addition to a large selection of grips and tapes made from different compound
materials that feature diverse textures. If you cannot find the perfect saddle, grip or tape in this catalogue, Velo will
help you create it.
MatchinG GraPhic SErvicE
In 2010 we went a step further, introducing an exclusive
Matching Graphic Service (MGS), a customized pattern
and design service for our OE customers. Velo customers
can match the design of their Velo saddles, grips and
tapes perfectly to their bike frames, ensuring a complete
and finished look. In 2011, we also added a variety of
new designs to our saddles, grips and tapes which all
can be matched to one another.

The product number now is placed at the top left side highlighted by a color (red, orange, etc.). Weight and size of the

Senso Onerelo
SinGLE raiL tracK SyStEM
The Senso Onerelo features Velo’s new patented
rail-less technology. By replacing the conventional
two-rail system with a single-track that runs down the
middle of the saddle, Velo is introducing a new way to
connect saddles to the seat tube. The saddle employs
an innovative easy-to-mount system, making it sturdy,
flexible and also extremely lightweight. The mounting
system gives this Senso performance saddle superior
adjustability – the Onerelo can be secured at different
points along its track and rotated forward or backward
for better fine-tuning.

The Senso Onerelo features Velo’s natural feeling
microfiber material, which is longer lasting and keeps
the saddle’s temperature consistent throughout the
entire ride. The saddle’s stylish, sporty design is
accentuated by a colorful artistic drawing etched into the
top of the saddle, giving it a unique and trendy look.
The patented technology, made available to Velo’s OE
customers, allows OEMs to incorporate the lightweight
system and Velo’s standard of quality into their products
while upholding their own brand identities.
reflective Bags
With SaFEty LiGhtS
Velo’s new saddle bags feature a rear mounted safety
light for riding at night, as well as a unique reflective
fabric that can be seen from all angles. It is located at
the back for easy storage of keys, change or a mobile
phone. The detachable bags come in three different size
options and can be adjusted to different angles.
Built-in Light Bag
The bag with built-in lights can be easily attached to
the rear of the saddle. The built-in lights have three
different display settings.
honeycomb Gel Pivotal Seatposts
honeycomb gel is three times more comfortable than
conventional foam. Its open cell structure absorbs
shock and provides the rider with extra support for
optimal performance. The unique color-changing
material can also be used for grips.

The MaTeriaL
The inner core is constructed by a slotted, 3-D
shim made of fiber-reinforced nylon and a robust
clamp bolt. The core is then covered with a dual
compound Kraton rubber (int. patent) that absorbs
vibrations and reduces fatigue.
The asseMbLy
screw-on Gripz slide onto the handlebar with
ease. Just turn the grip to the desired position,
tighten the aluminium clamp bolt with a 5mm
syntace allen-key, and you’re finished! screw-on
Gripz can be taken on or off in seconds with ease.
The resuLT
The compact shape makes the moto screw-on
Gripz extremely light. a single grip weighs less
than 60g – including the soft integrated end cap
that prevents cyclists’ hands from sliding off the
edge of the handlebar. screw-on Gripz provide
superior reliability by eliminating any slipping or
twisting of the grip on any handlebar.
