U-G1FFA Issue date 2004-11-19 - Catalogue AS-Interface 2004/2005 AS-Interface base Order code U-G1FFA Base with addressing jack for connection to flat cable (EEMS; AS-Interface and external auxiliary power) Function The U-G1FFA base allows slaves to be connected to AS-Interface with additional supply (EEMS). It has one connection type to AS- Interface and an other one to auxiliary power, which are not interconnected. When mounting the upper part (module or cover VAZ-DK- G1) the flat cable will be pressed in the contact prongs and are thereby connected. Moreover, an integrated addressing jack can be used to configure the upper part in the wired AS-Interface network. In this case, the controller indicates "Alarm Config", since the slave is disconnected from the supply. After removing the addressing plug, the controller restarts independently.
