Faro Park development). A superb detached
family oriented villa, furnished to a very high
standard, with marble flooring throughout.
The French doors from the lounge (shown bottom
right) open onto the patio area, which in turn
overlook the very quiet communal pool (below
left). This villa is quite simply in a prime location,
with stunning view of Montana Roja.
Inside, the villa comprises two bedrooms, a
double master bedroom that has en-suite facilities
and a second twin bedroom, located opposite a
second bathroom which has a walk-in style. A
fifth person can be accommodated on a sofabed.
The Al-Fresco (below left) has a solid wood table
and chairs (seating up to eight). With a BBQ on
hand, this is an ideal location to watch the
lanzarotre sunset with a glass of chilled wine

Playa Blanca is situated on the south coast of the island and has excellent weather all year round.
The area has a beautiful pedestrianised shopping area as well as many seaside bars, cafes and
excellent restaurants. The harbour (where you can catch a ferry to Fuerteventura), is a few minutes
drive from the villa, as is the stunning new Rubicon marina. The area also boasts spectacular beaches,
in particular the famous Papagayo beach which is within easy reach of the villa.
Faro Park (Faro is the spanish word for “Lighthouse”), is located In the southwest corner, a short 5
minute drive from the centre of Playa Blanca. Here, the island has been tastefully developed with a
number of four and five star hotels and luxury villas like this. Faro Park itself has an English Bar, Irish
Bar Restaurant, Indian and Chinese restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery / delicatessen, two coffee
shops and a gift shop, all within a short walk of the villa.
