Flat water and light off shore
winds make an ideal
environment for beginner
sailors and windsurfers.
The wind is consistent and
builds steadily throughout the
day with great sailing and
windsurfing conditions for
intermediate and advanced
sailors most afternoons and a
wide choice of equipment,
tuition and clinics.
Due to wind direction,
conditions for waterskiing are
usually great most of the day,
but early morning is the perfect
time of day to turn up at the
pontoon floating just offshore
and jump aboard one of our ski
boats to make the most of the
great glassy water conditions.
We have discovered a
multitude of fantastic mountain
biking routes in and around the
local area. Our guided bike
rides cater for all abilities with
scenic trails to local villages
and more challenging routes
into the hills of the islands
interior.

Back on shore there is plenty to
keep you occupied with three
tennis courts, or if you prefer,
join us for a relaxing stretch
class or gentle morning jog.
The long, sandy beach offers
plenty of quiet spots to relax
and enjoy a good book or you
can just soak up the sunshine
while watching the activity out
on the water. Alternatively,
stretch your legs with a leisurely
stroll along the beach to the
charming village of Skala
Eressos.
