The sailing bay and launch
area are sheltered by a
headland and experience
light winds, however once
out of the bay everybody can
make the most of the
excellent conditions and
large sailing area.
The clean northerly winds blow
from right to left and once out
to the wind line you will
experience a moderate rolling
swell, offering more
challenging sailing and great
conditions for downwind
surfing, with the kite up. Our
fleet of Laser SB3s are very
popular with racing organised
throughout the week.
The bay and surrounding rocky
coves are best explored in one
of our kayaks or by stand up
paddleboard, while waterski
and wakeboard fans will enjoy
best conditions in the early
morning.
Teos offers one of our better
dive programmes, the scuba
diving is varied and the PADI
registered dive school based
on the beach has an excellent
variety of dives for all abilities.
All dive sites are within a
ten-minute boat trip so diving
can be easily combined with all
activities.

The surrounding countryside is
great for mountain biking, most
rides will start with a small
climb away from the hotel, with
gentle, short rides to outlying
villages including the ancient
ruins of Teos and more difficult
rides into the interior of the
peninsula. Really keen bikers
can reserve one of our full
suspension bikes for their
holiday (available at a
supplement).
Tennis fans will love the four
cliff top courts with stunning
views over the sailing area. For
guests seeking pampering and
relaxation, the wellbeing area is
an extremely inviting, tranquil
environment and perfect after a
full day of activity.
