Whether you choose to chill out with a relaxing stretch<br />
class or push your body to the limit there is something for<br />
everyone and classes are for all levels and abilities.<br />
Daily activities<br />
Every day the fitness programme will<br />
typically include early morning yoga<br />
classes, Pilates, Aqua Aerobics sessions<br />
in the pool and an evening stretch and<br />
relaxation class. In addition there will be<br />
conditioning classes, which aim to tone<br />
and strengthen problem areas and<br />
improve core strength either with Fitball<br />
or matt-based exercises.<br />
For those of you that want to work hard<br />
and sweat there will be daily sessions<br />
such as Zumba, bootcamp, aerobics and<br />
circuit training. We have also designed a<br />
number of fitness classes to<br />
complement tennis and biking.<br />
Your fitness instructor will also arrange<br />
walks and group running sessions<br />
throughout the week, giving you a<br />
chance to explore the local area and<br />
maintain your everyday fitness or<br />
training programme from home.<br />
Personal training<br />
Most resorts have air-conditioned gyms,<br />
where personal training and fitness<br />
testing is also available, just ask your<br />
trainer for more details when you arrive<br />
(at a supplement, subject to availability).<br />

High energy – Bootcamp, Zumba and<br />
aerobics designed to burn calories and<br />
boost fitness, fast. Get ready to sweat.<br />
Strength and Conditioning – Designed<br />
to tone and sculpt the body – choose<br />
from Pilates, yoga, fitball, ab attack or<br />
legs, bums and tums.<br />
Chill out – to reduce life's stresses and<br />
promote flexibility, enjoy stretch and<br />
relax, morning walks and morning yoga.<br />
Swim coaching<br />
Swimming clinics for all abilities<br />
including beginners looking for help with<br />
the basics or to improve technique is<br />
available in all <strong>Neilson</strong> <strong>Beachclubs</strong> for a<br />
supplement, bookable locally.<br />

8am - Morning Jog<br />
9am - Energizing Yoga<br />
9.30am - Zumba – have fun and<br />
improve fitness to the max<br />
11am - Pilates<br />
3pm - Kids <strong>Club</strong> Fitness<br />
