Whatever your ability or level of interest, group coaching
sessions are included free of charge and our coaches
ensure that you get the most from your time on court.
FREE Tennis coaching
At the beginning of the week, our tennis
coach will assess your ability and
establish what you would like to
achieve, matching you with a group of a
similar skill level. The coaching sessions
will cover all aspects of the game and at
the end of the week, we organise an
informal tournament for all players.
Free play
At all of our centres there is often one
court set aside with plenty of equipment
for free play and friendly matches, so
you can put into practice the skills learnt
from our professional coaches.
FREE Junior coaching
All of our expert tennis coaches are
trained to work with and teach children
to play. Children from the age of 2 will
be introduced to tennis within their
clubs and older children will enjoy
matches and skills tuition.
For really keen young tennis players
(8-14 years) we have introduced tennis
coaching sessions. These will run in
addition to those offered within the
children’s clubs. The sessions are free of
charge and run for one hour per day in all
Neilson Beachclubs.
One-to-one coaching
Enthusiastic players keen to develop all
aspects of their game or simply to
perfect a certain technique will benefit
from individual one-on-one coaching.
Private coaching is available at all of our
beachclubs for approx £30 per hour
(payable in local currency). This is
subject to availability, bookable and
payable locally.

8am - Advanced - Learn Volley
techniques and drills to enable
you to hit winners!
9am - Free play
10am - Intermediate – Learn and develop
new techniques
11am - Junior Tennis
1pm - Free play
3pm - Free play
5pm - Beginners – Learn the basic strokes
and the skills to hit winning shots
6pm - Intermediates – Looking at serves
and spins
7pm - Social Tennis - unwind on
the courts
